Michoacán is a state in Mexico. Most likely the driver of that vehicle is a proud michoacano, but the 'a' wore off.

Yes, it is a state in the central part of México. It is spelled Michoacán. The capital of Michoacán is Morelia. Beautiful state, but lately very dangerous. - 00e46f15, Apr 1, 2010
