Either that's a typo ("Yo te quiero"?) or you are missing important context. It is always helpful to include more than just the phrase that interests you, so that context can be taken in consideration as well.

It was not a typo because I heard it in a song by a Spanish singer called Julietta Venegas - foysoy, ABR 1, 2010
my apologies its a typo just heard the song again with yo te quiero which makes more sense - foysoy, ABR 2, 2010
