Colloquial English phrase... in spanish

I'm always so confused about double-negatives, and this phrase is no exception. "Not just any...." couldn't be harder to translate. I mean it in the sense of, "I'm not just any old woman, I'm your mother" or "It wasn't just any painting, but a painting of Don Quijote..."

Something like, No ser ningúno...sino.... ?

thanks

How about 'No soy ninguna vieja cualquiera, soy tu madre' and be sure to add '¡mocoso!"
