What does "subir" mean in this sentence?

In this case, this is more likely: "You (all) got into (or went up) the rollercoaster."

Subir does mean "to go up" but it also means "to get into" (a car, for example). And montaña rusa is the term for rollercoaster.

Subir = rise, ascend, climb, etc.
