How do you say "weak stomach" with the same meaning of "gets grossed out easily by graphic images"?

Would it still be "estómago débil"?

For that matter, how do you say "be grossed out" or even "graphic images"?

I have no guess for "to be grossed out"

graphic images = ¿imagenes gráficos? (Does that still mean graphic in terms of violence or gore?)

I think the expression we use in Argentina is "No tengo estómago para esto" or "No me da el estómago" para ver estas imágenes asquerosas
