Adueneras - Is this a misspelling, couldn't find the word in the dictionary. It's actually from lyrics so maybe they got it wrong in the transcript too. Any familiar with it or what it may mean?

hello Cheeseisyum, you are looking at one of the wrong translations online of one of the songs by the Reggaeton artists Wisin y Yandel.
The line that is confusing you actually says:
"Vete Aun Eres Dueña De Tus Sentimientos "
