Los Temporales - Spanish Grammar

I missed a class lesson due to sickness - apparently they went over the temporales. Can anyone tell me what in Spanish Grammar "Los Temporales" are please? I think it may be connected with subjunctive.

It is more probably a reference to "tenses" (the subjunctive is a "mood" and can occur in many tenses).
