Or command form: Tome dos pastillas cada mañana. Take two pills every morning.

I am a beginner, but here is my opinion.

If it is a suggestion or recommendation you are making then I think you use the subjunctive.

Recomiendo que (usted) tome dos pastillas cada mañana.

I recommend that you take two tablets each morning.
