My answers were... Ellos son mis sillas. Yo compré mi mochila. Es su grabadora de cinta.

Ustedes=sus, suyas (sillas)

Tú=tu, tuya (mochila)

Ellos=su, suya (grabadora de cinta)

You rewrote the sentences changing the possessor according to the original sentence.

In the first-ustedes are the owners

In the 2nd-tú is the owner

in the 3rd-ellos are the owners

You're on the right track, but look at the way you've answered the questions. In these sentences and answers, you are the speaker, so it wouldn't make sense to answer them the way you have.

1. You (plural) bought four chairs. Those are my chairs.
