I'm thinking "Ocupamos otra mujer que también se llama Maria" but I'm not sure about the use of ocupar for to hire. Gracias.

I want to use ocupar since that is the verb that the new applicants always use when they are seeking employment. Gracias.

They do? How, where? Can you give me an example? I understand what this means in this context, but it's not how I'm used to hearing it. - Gekkosan, MAR 30, 2010
I think they say something like "Están ocupando" but I can't recall the exact phrasing, I am usually running around and really busy. - jeezzle, MAR 30, 2010

"Contratamos a otra mujer...."
That's how I'd use it, at least.
