I'm thinking "Ocupamos otra mujer que también se llama Maria" but I'm not sure about the use of ocupar for to hire. Gracias.

I want to use ocupar since that is the verb that the new applicants always use when they are seeking employment. Gracias.

That's how I'd use it, at least.
