I think it is me gusta cuando hace asi.(talking about the weather.)I cant understand why you use hace.

In this case you don't want to use "hace". The translation you want is: "Me gusta cuando (el día / el tiempo /el clima) está así".
If you want to use "hacer", you would have to say something like:
"Me gusta cuando hace calor", "Me gusta cuando hace frío".
