Is this an expression, it doesn't make sense to me?

I think it is (bad punctuation, by the way):

I've lost my path. I have nothing to fight for.

Hola, Cheeseisyumm:

Since you seem to be accepting "best guesses", here is mine.

"Rumbo" has the meaning direction or course. in this way it is akin to the English word "Rhumb" as in rhumb line, course or direction.

"Luchar" seems to mean both to fight and to struggle.

I would interpret your phrase to mean:

Without a direction in life there is nothing to struggle for.

I'm reminded of a sailor's term that suggests, "If a man does not have a destination, any wind is a good wind."

I don't know. Maybe: Without direction, there's nothing to fight for.

It might be an equivalent to "no pain no gain"
