In most places "bicho" or "bicha" means "bug". In some places it's a wonderfully generic word that means just about anything, a bit like "thingy".

In this context it could be translated as some form of sland equivalent to "bugsies"; or "bugsy-woogsies", or just about any diminutive term of endearment.

Beware, though. There are some places in Latin America where "bicho" is seen as an ugly term not to be uttered in polite company.
