Is the word "LaCasa" Spanish and if so, what does it mean?

We just purchased a home and the name of the street is "LaCasa" . We thought that was a Spanish word and would like to know what it means.

La Casa means "the house". They may have put both words together to form the street name.
Casa is used in various ways for house or home. If someone is en casa, they are at home.
