How would you say (or describe) the "pattycake" game you play with babies in Spanish?

In Mexico we play a game that I would say is similiar to Patty Cake. The game is played by clapping your hands (like when you make home made corn tortillas) while singing, "Tortillitas para mama, tortillitas para papa, las bonitas para mama, las quemaditas para papa.", and you just keep repeting the song. In English the song is "Tortillas for mom, Tortillas for dad, The pretty ones for mom, and the burnt ones for dad." It sounds better in Spanish because it rimes. Hope this helps.

Hola/Hello, Nely:

You can see one translation of "Pat-a-cake" here ----> Pat-a-cake/Palmas Palmitas

Another individual had this to say, here Dar palmaditas:

Here is my English translation of the reference:

'pat to cake' is difficult to translate, because it has no real sense, but for me is the action of patting corncakes patted as one pats hands. It is a nursery rhyme with hand gestures like making fried mini-tortillas or as "pat (palmas), clap (palmitas), mushrooms and chestnuts ." I don't know if this helps.
