"Covered Member Welcome Packet"?

The term "covered member" is used throughout the Welcome Packet (approx. 5 pgs.) i need something other than "miembro cubierto", please help!!

Do you mean 'covered' as in 'insured'? If so, what do you think of 'miembros asegurados'?
