What is the correct way to write these adjectives for this sentence? Im confused

Ah, but mel1019 is female!
If all the smart and hard-working people are female, then it would be: "Nostras somos inteligentes y trabajadoras"
Otherwise it's as Marianne and Vaswati-Ghos said.

Hi Mel. Welcome to the forum.
You'd make them plural:
"inteligentes" and "trabajadores"
