How do you say "Little One" in Spanish? Its a name I want to call my daughter.

Pequeña = little one or little girl

Pequeñita would be the endearing (diminutive) form of the word.

You could also try Niñita or Chiquita which actually mean little girl.

We say, Chiquita.

Here is what the dictionary says (under "one"):

My little one -> mi niño, mi hijo, mi chiquito

Of course, you would use the feminine version
