"¿Como es la playa?" means "What is the beach like?" Remember: "Como" can be used to ask how someone is (¿Cómo estás? (How are you?)) or what someone is like (¿Cómo es Juan? (What is Juan like?) to which you would respond by saying "Juan es alto y flaco" (Juan is tall and thin) or something of that nature).
Your answers choices are "hermosa" (beautiful), "grande" (big), "brillante" (brillant), and "pequeña" (small).
Knowing this information should make it a little bit easier for you to answer the question. ¡Buena Suerte! (Good Luck!)

For a point of clarification, what are these underlines for? Are you supposed to respond by writing in the underlined area?
I'll try to give you the steps to figuring out how to solve this for yourself. First lets note what the superlative is.
Taken from our reference on this site. SUPERLATIVES
Superlatives indicate the maximum amount of an adjective, usually described as "the most" or "the least" of something. To form the superlative in Spanish, use the following formulas:
I think perhaps what the question here is asking you to do is say something like "Vi la puesta de sol mas hermosa" I saw the most beautiful sunset. (although if there is a way to add ísima/ísimo to the adjective hermosa that would probably be best instead of just putting mas in there.
Or they could just mean answer like this: Mas hermosa, mas grande, mas brillante, mas pequeña(or changing the ending to the adj where it applies instead of putting in mas).
Como es la playa means as is the beach...
Hermosa mean beautiful. Grande mean big.
Those two words would both work, but hermosa would be the best answer.
I think you mean "in English" because it is already in Spanish. My suggestion is that you go to the Dictionary section and you will find your answer there.
