You could say "Casa Abierta", but it is more correct to say "Jornada de Puertas Abiertas". You can also say "Jornada Abierta". It's more of a slang term, but most people would understand you, depending on where they are from.

It also depends on the context. For a school open house I have always heard "Jornada de Puertas Abiertas" and for an actual home it varies, but you are safe to say "Casa Abierta".

I reckon that there are more possibilities than one, somewhat dependent on the context. For the realtors "open house on Saturday" I think I'd use "ven a ver 2400 Hernando de Aguirre con puertas abiertas el Sabado". Truth is, it's not yet so much a cliche as in English so you can make your own choice.

I have read that, according to some, "casa abierta" is a bit too literal a translation; however, I have also found it used on a Spanish real estate blog.

Another translation for this type of open house appears to be "puerta abierta" (however, I am not a native speaker either, so you might want to wait for someone else to weigh in).

Have a look at this wordreference thread on the subject: Open House

Casa abierta could be.
Another casa de puertas abiertas.
And in my country there could be a sign saying something like: Visitas los lunes de 15 a 18 horas.

What I failed to say all those years ago was that this is a very localised query as can be seen from the variations suggested. By the way saludos to all the dictioneers who are still extant.
