Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your help. This Spanish text is what I am attempting to translate into English. Please let me know what corrections I should make, or feel free to make a suggestion as to how I might better say something. I am particularly vexed by "a la hora de estar con los niños."

De otro lado los profesores, a pesar de no estar preparados idóneamente para la enseñanza del inglés, se muestran responsables e interesados para transmitir de alguna manera esta área. Afirman que a pesar de que la institución no cuenta con los recursos suficientes ellos se las ingenian para hacer la clase agradable, dicen que son muy didácticas, alegres e ingeniosas a la hora de estar con los niños.
My Translation:
On the other hand, the professors, although not suitably prepared for the teaching of English, demonstrate the responsibility and interest in teaching in this area in some fashion. They state that despite the fact that the institution does not provide sufficient resources, they are sufficiently resourceful to create pleasant classes they say are very pedagogic, lively and ingenious when it comes to being with the children.

Por otra parte, los profesores, aunque no adecuadamente preparados para la enseñanza de Inglés, demuestran la responsabilidad y el interés en la enseñanza en este ámbito de alguna manera. Afirman que a pesar de que la institución no dispone de recursos suficientes, son lo suficientemente ingeniosos para crear clases agradable que dicen es muy pedagógico, vivaz e ingenioso a la hora de estar con los niños.
