rooms for rent

Using the Translation feature of this site, I got at least 2 different answers for "rooms for rent": (1) Alquiler de habitaciones, (2) los cuartos para el alquiler, and (3) cuartos para el alquiler.
Are they all correct? Or which one is the most correct? Or is there a better translation than those given?

it is: "cuartos para alquilar" or "habitaciones para alquilar"
