I would say: "es un experto en artes marciales increíble" or informally "es un karateka increíble", meaning with "karate" all martial arts.

"Artes marciales" is martial arts, but I'm not sure that you would identify someone as "artista marciale". Perhaps "practicante de artes marciales".
