'Un Segundo mas te di de mi tiempo y no sabes bien como me arrepiento'

Could you translate these lyrics, and explain why it is structured this way.

I understand the first line to be this (literally):

A second more you.........of my time. What does the 'Di' mean

cheese

I think ive worked it out as ' A second more, you i gave, of my time'

...which will translate using our English structure to mean "I gave you one more second of my time".....Not sure.

It is the preterit form of DAR for yo. "I gave"

'Un Segundo mas te di de mi tiempo y no sabes bien como me arrepiento'

One second more I gave you of my time and you don't know well how sorry I am
