Welcome to the forum!

I am aware of one meaning, but there may be more; Spanish is a language of great variation, depending on region.

"Sillo" is a combination of a chair/couch. I believe it is called a "fainting couch" or a "fainting chair" in English.

You might also consider the possibility that it is an abbreviated form of "sillón", which is a large easy chair.
