If I were going to a restaurant and wanted to say "can jeans be worn at your restaurant, could I say "se puede llevar jeans en su restaurante

Yes you would be saying is one allowed to wear jeans but jeans are called vaqueros in spain, so se puede = one is allowed to followed by the infinative of what you are allowed and no se puede of course means it is not allowed.
