I would probably say "¿Cuanto tiempo ha(s) vivido en España?"

The "S" in parentheses will determine if you are using the tú or usted form.

The standard formula is: "Cuánto tiempo hace que + verb in the present tense". Therefore: "Cuánto tiempo hace que vive(s) en España?".

You can also use more informal ways that are commonly understood: "Cuánto tiempo llevas viviendo en España?" or "Cuánto tiempo tienes viviendo en España?"

I hope one of these works for you!

You can also say, ¿Por cuanto has vivido en España?

¿Cuanto tiempo has radicado en España?

¿Por cuanto has radicado en España?

I'm often asked "¿Cuánto tiempo lleva en Colombia?" or "¿Hace cuánto que está en Colombia?"
