You can say this in different ways depend of the situacion and country. (Puedes decirlo de diferentes maneras dependiendo de la situación y del país donde te encuentres).
Here you have some examples. (Aquí tienes algunos ejemplos).
- If you are in home with family: Where is the bathroom?
- If you are in USA in a restaurant or in home other people: Where is the restroom?
- If you are in UK in a restaurant: Where is the toilette/lavatory?
These examples are the most common but maybe there are more. (Estos ejemplos son los más comunes pero quizás hay muchos más)
