I'm guessing: that is "hola, tienes una L..." (hi, do you have a L...?) and some word starting in L.

We would actually need more context. Was there a sentence or two before this one that you could post?
Without further context, the only other thing I can think of (besides what Isma already said) is that it was supposed to be "tienes una" (without the L at the end), which would mean "Do you have one?"
