in a recipe, what form of the verb is used.
ie.
lava los frijoles
lave los frijoles
caliente el aceite
calienta el aceite
eche una taza
echa una taza
aplaste los frijoles
aplasta los frijoles

The most common in the recipes is the use of INFINITIVE:
lavar los frijoles
calentar el aceite
echar una taza
aplastar los frijoles
