It is really a conditional sentence because the "full" sentence would be " Do you think this colour would suit me - if I wore it " - ian-hill, Mar 17, 2010

Usually you use the conditional forms of verbs when you say you would do something. You can learn more about that here

There are many different ways to express "would" in Spansh since there really isn't a direct translation. I would say "¿Crees que este color me vendría?"
