How do you say 'anyway' in Spanish?

As in 'Well, where is the cat anyway?' Pues... donde esta el gato ________?

I think little words like pues make you sound more authenticó.

Pues, en todo caso....¿donde está el gato.....? There are many ways to say "anyway".

Do todos modos or de todas maneras are two more choices. En todo caso means "in any case" but I like it the most of the three, and I use it a lot.

I think you just say "Pues, donde esta el gato?" I don't think you need to translate the word anyway.
