I think that you need to lie down.

Hola!
"Estoy cansado/a y necesito tumbarme/echarme/descansar". "Descansar" means literally "to rest", but it's used a lot for the concept of "to lay down". "Tumbarme" and "echarme" are more slang for "to lay down".
