  1. Mi pantalón me queda bien (if taking only 1)
  2. Mis pantalones me quedan bien (could work for singular but would be understood as plural).

I would say "Mis pantalónes quedo bien." To me, "quedar" is a strange verb to use in this instance, but it's what I have heard commonly. I think it is the way that you say "fit" as in size of clothes.

In Bolivia, my friends usually called "pants" "el pantalón" (singular). They would say "Me queda bien mi pantalón" (or "mi pantalón me queda bien", with this form of sentence) - chachita, MAR 17, 2010

Weird, my Mexican friend told me this was the way to say it. When I bought a new pair of pants I said they don't fit well, and he said to say "Los pantalones no me caben bien". I aked the difference between caben and queden there and he didn't know. - jeezzle, MAR 17, 2010

The above was pulled off a Spanish site where a girl is talking about losing weight and her pants fitting. The site is "http://foro.enfemenino.com" - jeezzle, MAR 17, 2010
