Need translation, me quipo?

I hear this daily on the radio during advertisements but it will not translate. I can only type the sound since I do not know the actual word. The lady who said it was talking about health products and losing weight, Maria on 1020 am radio. Gracias!

It's hard to guess... maybe me equipo de todo lo necesario para bajar de peso / I get everything what I need to loss weight
