Maybe come for my birthday but get off your butt and come, dude, (?), you already know that here we live it up.

This is a very loose translation: Anímate can mean to get motivated to do something that you've probably been putting off doing - look up "animar"

The last part of the sentence that I starred is referring to a lifestyle of utter chaos generally including loud, drunken parties and whatever else might be enjoyable at the time without caring much about the consequences - at least that's how I've always perceived it.
