killing me
For example:
It's killing me that I can't eat chocolate at the moment.
or
It's killing me that I can't see you right now.
I'm not quite sure how else you would word 'killing me' because really I guess if it doesn't translate well maybe it sounds a bit too dramatic?

"Me muero por comer chocolate en este momento"
"Me muero por verte otra vez" or "Me muero por no poder verte en este momento"
"Me muero por" can be an equivalent to "It's killing me" but you have to know how to complete appropriately the rest of the sentence.
Me esta matando que no puedo comer chocolate en esté momento. La espalda me esta matando. my back is killing me. so to sum up you use estar + the gerundio of the verb and the verb in this case is matar.
