Why does not the recording part function in Learn Spanish 1.10?

Today in Learn Spanish 1.10 - The Family and Ages, I was unable to record my message, since your "red button" would not respond to my mouse pointer. I have not encountered this problem with any of the preceding lessons. Is this a temporary glitch??? Te agradecerá de su ayuda. Recuerdos. DonL.

I don't think so, because two weeks ago, I tried the same thing. I tried to click on the red record button, and it just didn't record. A dashed box appeared around it, I suppose it just was an empty hyperlink. Anyway.....Please, technicians at Spanishdict, if your reading this plea for help, get it sorted!!!
