In a courtroom, how do you say "Strike it from the record"?

You might want to check the Word Magic legal dictionary. I don't know what your background is, but if you're an attorney or paralegal working with a Spanish speaking clientele, a good professional dictionary would certainly be worth looking into. Word Magic has a phrase scanner, conjugator, synonyms and several other features you might find valuable, and no, I'm not affiliated with WM. I just find their low end dictionary to be excellent.

I don't have a background in legal work in Spanish, so I would only be guessing to say that your expression might be translated "bórrelo del archivo".
