I think it says "We will be in charge". I don't get "In charge" from this though. It seems like ocuparse "to deal with". Do encargarse and ocuparse both mean "to deal with" OR "to be in charge" and they are synonyms? Gracias.

They're pretty much the same.
"Nos encargamos" means, "We'll take care of it."
