How do you say "without giving it a second thought" in Spanish?

Would it be correct to say something like: sino pensar dos veces? I originally had "sino lo pensé dos veces" but this would be past tense wouldn't it. I appreciate any help!

I'd say: "Sin pensarlo dos veces"
