And if you want to emphesize action at the moment you can say, "Estoy sacando mis gafas / lentes / anteojos de mi bolsa."

"Espérame, estoy sacando mis lentes de mi cartera (o bolsa)"

It is used when you are asking somebody to wait for a second while you are getting your glasses.
