Hi Trusty! Welcome to the forum!
"Fiel" is frquently translated as "loyal", and "de confianza is "trustworthy". Therefore, "You are a loyal, trustworthy man" would be "Eres un fiel hombre de confianza.". Or: "She is trustworthy" - "Ella es de confianza."
