I found this using the translate tool:
¡ahí le duele! (informal figurative) -> that has really got to him!
What I would like to know is if I could say:
"¡Ahí/aquí me duele!" (no me importa!)

¡No me importa! = I don´t care!
If you say that something te duele you mean you care a lot.

Well the literal translation would be "it hurts him there" or "he really feels it at a certain point". Taking it a bit further and you have "it really got to him", there was no avoiding it. That's my take on it anyway.
