Here we go again!
I wonder if you can say "Aquí venimos otra vez" to mean "Here we go again!". I get the feeling that you can, theres a few hundred hits, and a show said something similar....Allí viene otra vez....when someone did something odd....'"there he goes again!" maybe? thanks.

"Here we go again" is kind of an idiom to say something is being repeated... You can't translate it literally.
In Spain we say this:
For example, Alrisa's son is not eating the vegetables when they are on the table and starts to act weird:
in English you would say: "Here we go again"
in Spanish I would say: "Ya estamos con lo mismo"
Here we go again = Aquí vamos otra vez.
There he goes again = Ahí va (él) otra vez.
Here we go again!
As this is an idiom, no rule applies.
¡ya estamos!
¡ya estamos otra vez!
¡Otra vez con las mismas monsergas!
¡otra vez la misma historia!
Well I know Spanish uses "come" in some instances where we would use "go" ie. ¿Puedes venir conmigo al cine? Can you go to the movies with me? So I wondered about venir here if they ever use it to mean go in this sense.
Ya vamos otra vez ? Maybe more context needed.
