Get information for roadside repair
Often times I get drivers who barely speak english.
When I get a call from a driver there are questions that need to be asked.
An example of questions are the following.
Exact location of break down ie HIghway/state route/mile marker/city and state/direction
Information on the unit ie tire blow out/overheat/engine smoke/low power/mileage

¿Dónde está el carro/camión ahora? Where is the car/ truck now?
¿La ciudad, y el estado? The city and state?
¿Cuál es el número de la carretera? What is the highway number?
¿Cuál es el número del mojón? What is the mile marker?
¿En cuál dirección andaba? In what direction was it heading?
¿Hay un punto de referencia? Is there a landmark'
¿lugar exacto del accidente o de la avería? autopista, ruta estatal, marcador de millas, ciudad y estado, dirección.
¿información del automóvil? llanta ponchada, sobrecalentamiento, humo en el motor, baja bateria, kilometraje
