Can you please check my translation?

Question

I am trying to say something such as:

"I'll let you go, but if I have any questions I'll ask you!"

I have translated two possibilities:

"Te dejaré ir, pero cuando tengo una pregunta, voy a preguntar!"

"Permitiré que te ir pero cuando tengo una pregunta que preguntaré."

But I do not know if these are correct or sound natural.
