"No supuesto" vs "Supuesto que no"

Ambos términos están mal dichos.

Si lo que quieres decir es por ejemplo:

"She's not suposted to come here"

No puedes decir: "Ella no está supuesta a venir aquí", that's bad Spanish, typical of the hispanic people who live here in the States for a long time and adopt part of the English words in their language translating literally some English expressions.

En español traduciríamos la misma oración:

"Se supone que ella no debería venir aquí"

Nadie puede estar "supuesto", esa expresión no existe en el idioma español.

"Por spuesto" y "Por supuesto que no" are correct, they exist and are widely used in the Spanish language. One is affirmative and the other is negative. But, what you say; "no supuesto", definitely does not exist in any way. I don't know in what shows you heard that, please, tell us in what shows are using that kind of Spanish that is not appropriate. Thanks.

Are you serious? Por supuesto is extremely widely used and is taught in the Pimsleur language courses. There are over 16 million hits for "por supuesto". My question was that I hear in many shows "No supuesto!" as if it is a direct synonym for the phrase "por supuesto que no!" and I'm not sure if it means that, or, "I don't suppose" thanks.
