i want to say in Spanish- i am going to wear my new clothes to school next week

Personally, I would say, "Voy a usar mi ropa nueva a la escuala la semana próxima."
I have always learned that "usar" is to wear. Notice how I used the infinitive usar because I have already conjugated "voy." In case you didn't know, this is how to say "I am going to:" "Voy a + infinitive."
I do not think that para would be correct here. "Para" is a form of "for," and you want to say "to." I have found something that may help with deciding when to use "para" and "por..." You know, just in case you were wondering.
The Spanish language does have a few different words for "wear." Llevar is probably the most accurate and common. I use "usar" because it is what I had learned for so long as the primary word for "wear." Poner is to put, but many use it for "wear." Vestir is literally "to dress." And that's just to name a few.
I hoped that helped!
Voy a llevarme puesto la ropa nueva a la escuela la semana próxima.
Spanish has several words for wear: poner, llevar, vestir, et. al.

Correct -- around here: "llevar puesta" and "usar' is used for "wear / wore / will wear .." (both used equally)
"poner" is used for "to put on (get dressed) / has put on (got dressed) / will put on (will get dressed) ..."
Note: We also use "la semana que viene" more than "la semana próxima".
Me voy a vestir en ropa nueva a la escuela en la semana que viene.
me voy a poner mi ropa nueva para la escuela en la semana que viene. ![]()
