You could say, "¡Necesito ayudo, por favor!" Unless you really wanted to accent that it was YOU that needed help above all you could throw in the "yo" before the "necesito."

Span¡shD!ct also says that if you need a cleaning woman, you could say "¡Necesito una asistenta ahora!" - I need a cleaning lady(literally, "assistant,") now!

Él les está enseñando inglés a los niños.

I know it sounds redundant, but in Spanish 'les' refers to 'los niños'.

Él le está enseñando inglés a su hermano.

In this sentence,' le' refers to 'su hermano' (his brother).

Él nos está enseñando inglés a nosotros.

'Nos' refers to nosotros.

However, if the context makes it clear who he is teaching English to, you can leave out the 'a' phrases or prepositional phrases.

Él les está enseñando inglés. ( the people talking know that it is the children they are referring to. http://www.getspanishhelp.com
